Roles & Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with courtesy and professionalism.
- Handle check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries efficiently.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Maintain records and follow hotel policies and service standards.
- Address guest complaints promptly and politely.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as GSA in 5/4-star hotels.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Female candidates can apply.
