Roles & Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Handle check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries efficiently.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
  • Maintain records and follow hotel policies and service standards.
  • Address guest complaints promptly and politely.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as GSA in 5/4-star hotels.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Female candidates can apply.
