Guest Service Associate

Hiring Type: Zoom Online Interview Immediate Departure

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and assist with service requirements.
  • Handle food order support, guest queries, and table assistance.
  • Maintain high standards of hospitality and cleanliness.
  • Ensure smooth communication between kitchen and service team.
  • Support daily service operations.
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Well-presented with customer service experience preferred.
