Roles & Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with a warm and genuine greeting, setting a positive tone for their stay.
  • Efficiently manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and a seamless experience.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally, exceeding expectations.
  • Handle guest complaints with empathy and find effective solutions to maintain guest satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is a basic requirement, with a degree in hospitality preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in hospitality or customer service are highly advantageous.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry.
  • Prior experience in luxury hotels or resorts is a plus, showcasing a commitment to excellence.
