Core Duties
* Set and prepare tables for meal service in accordance with St. Regis standards
* Provide attentive service by taking guest orders and ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages
* Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency in service
* Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, workstations, and equipment
* Replenish supplies and support smooth day-to-day food and beverage operations
* Follow company policies, safety standards, and service protocols
* Assist guests with menu questions and provide personalized recommendations
* Perform additional duties as assigned to support the department
Candidate Requirements
* High school diploma or GED equivalent
* Less than 1 year of food and beverage or hospitality experience preferred
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced luxury setting
* Physically able to stand, walk, and handle lifting tasks as required
