Roles & Responsibilities

As a Guest Service Officer, you are responsible to provide professional and customer focused service to our guests, ensuring that have a memorable Andaz experience.

Also, you should contribute positively towards successfully achieving departmental KPI goals and ensure a smooth day-to-day operation.

Desired Candidate Profile
