Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer service.
- Previous guest service experience is preferred, ideally in a retail, hospitality, or guest services environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and handle challenging situations.
- Familiarity with the mall layout and tenant offerings is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
