Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner upon arrival.
  • Efficiently check guests in and out, meeting all service standards.
  • Answer phone calls and handle guest inquiries in both Arabic and English.
  • Maintain accurate records and files relevant to guest service operations.
  • Assist guests with reservations, modifications, and cancellations as needed.
  • Provide detailed information about facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to manage room readiness efficiently.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and courteously.
  • Process payments, verify billing accuracy, and handle cash transactions effectively.
  • Ensure security protocols are followed to guarantee guest safety and comfort.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve guest service experiences.
  • Stay updated with hotel policies, promotions, and special events to inform guests.
