Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner upon arrival.
- Efficiently check guests in and out, meeting all service standards.
- Answer phone calls and handle guest inquiries in both Arabic and English.
- Maintain accurate records and files relevant to guest service operations.
- Assist guests with reservations, modifications, and cancellations as needed.
- Provide detailed information about facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to manage room readiness efficiently.
- Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and courteously.
- Process payments, verify billing accuracy, and handle cash transactions effectively.
- Ensure security protocols are followed to guarantee guest safety and comfort.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve guest service experiences.
- Stay updated with hotel policies, promotions, and special events to inform guests.
