Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Assist guests with inquiries and provide accurate information about products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work and retail space for guest convenience.
• Process transactions efficiently using the point of sale system.
• Upsell and recommend additional products to guests to enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Handle guest complaints and provide resolutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Restock shelves and manage inventory levels to prevent stock shortages.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge.
• Ensure all retail displays are engaging and in line with merchandising standards.
• Monitor guest feedback and suggest improvements to service and retail processes.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to provide a secure environment for guests.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or retail is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with guests.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in using point of sale systems and handling cash transactions.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
