Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and courteous service to all guests
- Deliver personalized assistance from arrival through departure
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Respond to guest questions with accurate and helpful information
- Stay aware of daily rates, occupancy levels, and selling priorities
- Handle Front Desk cashiering, billing, and incidental charge postings
- Process check-in and check-out efficiently using hotel PMS
- Protect guest privacy and safeguard all sensitive information
- Follow hotel policies, service standards, and operating procedures
- Demonstrate full understanding of hotel facilities, promotions, and events

- Comfortable working with diverse teams and cultures
