Key Responsibilities
Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately
Welcome guests and assist with inquiries, requests, and hotel information
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs
Manage room assignments, key distribution, and reservations updates
Address service requests promptly and escalate when necessary
Assist with billing, payments, and basic cashiering duties
Monitor lobby activity and ensure a welcoming environment
Maintain accuracy in guest records and system inputs
Support guest engagement initiatives and loyalty program enrollments
Follow Sheraton service standards and contribute to a memorable guest stay
