The Guest Services Host is an integral part of Latham s Workplace Experience team. This role will be responsible for providing a warm, professional welcome to the Latham offices. As the first step in a guest's journey and the face of the firm, the Host sets the stage for a positive and productive visit. This role will be located in Latham s Regional Headquarters in Riyadh.

Other key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming all personnel and external visitors, coordinating details with building security and administration, and answering all calls and inquiries at the front desk;
• Anticipating internal and external guest needs by understanding in-office services and work areas and building and maintaining guest profiles
• Coordinating internal and external office events, reconfiguring amenity spaces, and executing the food and beverage experience
• Providing first-line technology assistance and ensuring audiovisual equipment is functioning for guest setups
• Promoting effective work practices, working as a team member, and showing respect for colleagues

We d love to hear from you if you:

• Have the ability to foster an atmosphere of belonging and can communicate effectively
• Take a customer-centric approach to your work
• Possess the ability to utilise and navigate various technology platforms and applications
• Are able to handle confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate discretion

And have:

• Hospitality or customer service management experience
• Fluency in both Arabic and English language skills
