Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities & Qualifications Other key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming all personnel and external visitors, coordinating details with building security and administration, and answering all calls and inquiries at the front desk;
- Coordinating internal and external office events, reconfiguring amenity spaces, and executing the food and beverage experience
- Providing first-line technology assistance and ensuring audiovisual equipment is functioning for guest setups
- Promoting effective work practices, working as a team member, and showing respect for colleagues

Desired Candidate Profile
The Guest Services Host is an integral part of Latham's Workplace Experience team. This role will be responsible for providing a warm, professional welcome to the Latham offices. As the first step in a guest's journey and the face of the firm, the Host sets the stage for a positive and productive visit.
And have: Hospitality or customer service management experience Fluency in both Arabic and English language skills
