Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

You will be responsible to provide a warm , professional and efficient welcome to all guests and members of the hotel health club and recreation facilities

This role ensures smooth daily operations of the reception area , manages bookings, promotes membership and delivers outstanding guest service in line with hotel standers

Desired Candidate Profile

Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.

Minimum 2 years work experience as Guest Service Officer in hotel operations.

Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are necessary.

Schedule flexibility is necessary and ability to multi-task.
