About the Role

We are looking for a Guestroom Attendant who takes pride in delivering the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. The ideal candidate will ensure guest rooms and public areas are maintained to Four Seasons luxury standards, creating a welcoming and pristine environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and service guest rooms according to Four Seasons standards.

  • Replace linens, towels, and amenities as required.

  • Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report promptly.

  • Maintain cleanliness in assigned public areas.

  • Respond to guest requests with professionalism and courtesy.

  • Uphold Four Seasons commitment to guest privacy and exceptional service.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel environment preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and stand for extended periods.
