About the Role
Join our pre-opening Housekeeping team as Guestroom Attendant at Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay. Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for the cleaning and servicing of guest rooms and residences to the highest standards, ensuring comfort, luxury, and attention to detail in every stay.
What You Will Do
Participate in pre-opening activities such as setup of housekeeping pantries, linen inventories, and training on Four Seasons standards.
Clean and service assigned guest rooms and residences, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
Ensure all rooms are maintained to Four Seasons cleanliness and presentation standards.
Handle guest requests professionally and promptly, anticipating needs whenever possible.
Report maintenance issues or lost & found items in a timely and accurate manner.
Restock linen and supply closets, maintaining organization and cleanliness.
Follow safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
What You Bring
Previous housekeeping experience in luxury hospitality is preferred.
Pre-opening experience is a plus.
Attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
Ability to perform physical duties including standing, lifting, and bending.
A positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction.
Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia. Fluency and English is essential.
Schedule & Hours
Full-time role.
