Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Guitar Instructor to inspire students of varying ages and skill levels in Classical and Acoustic guitar.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach guitar, specifically classical and acoustic (and/or electric), to students up to higher grades (up to Grade 8).
Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans in line with the academy's teaching standards, following a reputable international syllabus (e.g., London College of Music Syllabus).
Mentor and guide students toward building technique, performance skills, and musicality.
Prepare students for recitals, examinations, and competitions.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Music, with a specialization in Guitar preferred.
Proven experience in teaching guitar to children and adults (2-3 years).
Effective communication (English) and strong people skills.
Ability to inspire and engage students in a positive learning environment.
