Roles & Responsibilities
Gulf Region Sales Executive Mechanical and Electrical Equipment
Position LocationBase: Egypt (remote work).
Territory: Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman).
Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Business DevelopmentManage and grow the customer base in the GCC, focusing on industrial companies, contractors, and supply firms.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the region.
Build and maintain long-term partnerships with customers and business stakeholders.
2. Tender & Order ManagementMonitor and follow up on government and private tender announcements across GCC countries.
Handle registration processes on official procurement platforms (e.g., Saudi Etimad , UAE Tawteen and similar systems).
Prepare and submit technical and financial proposals according to tender requirements.
Track tender status and respond to official queries.
3. Client Communication & Account ManagementHandle direct online communication with companies, government authorities, and private clients.
Provide first-line technical support and coordinate with the technical team for advanced inquiries.
Prepare and negotiate quotations aligned with customer requirements and follow through to closure.
4. Internal CoordinationCollaborate with production/warehouse teams regarding stock availability and delivery timelines.
Oversee shipping and delivery processes to Gulf customers, ensuring deadlines are met.
5. Reporting & Market InsightsProvide regular reports on sales performance, tenders, and pipeline opportunities.
Conduct market analysis and suggest strategies to increase market share in the GCC.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the Gulf region.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the Gulf market dynamics and business culture.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the Gulf region as required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
