Role Overview:
As a Gym Instructor, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting clients in achieving their fitness goals by providing personalized training, group classes, and expert advice. You will ensure the gym environment is safe, motivating, and welcoming, while promoting a healthy lifestyle and maintaining the highest service standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Conduct fitness assessments and create personalized workout programs for clients.
• Instruct, demonstrate, and supervise safe exercise techniques.
• Lead individual and group training sessions, ensuring engagement and motivation.
• Provide guidance on nutrition, recovery, and overall wellness.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Ensure gym equipment is properly maintained, clean, and safe to use.
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the gym.
• Promote membership packages, fitness programs, and special events.
• Handle client questions, feedback, and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.

Skills & Requirements:
• Certification in Fitness Training, Physical Education, or related field (CPR/First Aid certification is a plus).
• Proven experience as a Fitness or Gym Instructor.
• Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, nutrition, and wellness principles.
• Ability to design personalized workout programs tailored to individual client goals, fitness levels, and health conditions.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills in Kurdish, Arabic, and English.
• Professional appearance and positive, approachable attitude.
