Missions

Take into account any risk that may compromise the achievement of the objectives assigned to it and implement appropriate actions in the face of risks and opportunities impacting compliance with the requirements and evaluate the effectiveness of the actions taken

Ensure the interface between the Q.H.S.E. correspondents of the projects, the Division and the Integrated Management Unit (IMC) of the company (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, annual reporting)

Verify the availability of quality documents and their application

Controlling documents and records at the division level

Explain the Q.H.S.E. policy at the divisional level

Track preventive and corrective actions

Participate in the identification and assessment of risks

Follow up on customer complaints, customer satisfaction surveys

Follow up on management review decisions

Develop the management review

Ensure the monthly monitoring of the QHSE activity of the projects (P.V.C.H.S.E, health, safety and work monitoring, accident reports and statistics, process indicators, discharge analyses, etc.) and ensure consolidation

Follow up on internal audits and interface with external audit;

Carry out any mission or task related to their job and related to their skills and abilities in the organised framework, and not expressly described in this job description.

Profile

General education: University degree in environment or health and safety or quality management or equivalent.

Professional training: Training in internal quality auditing. Know the standards governing the IMS

Professional experience: 2 to 3 years
