Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Hadoop solutions to handle large-scale data processing, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain ETL processes in Hadoop using tools like Apache Pig, Hive, and Spark to transform raw data into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and provide technical support for data modeling.
  • Manage and monitor Hadoop clusters, ensuring high availability and quick resolution of any performance issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field to ensure a solid foundational knowledge.

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Hadoop development, showcasing a proven track record of successful projects.

  • Certifications such as Cloudera Certified Developer for Apache Hadoop (CCDH) or Hortonworks Certified Apache Hadoop Developer (HCAHD) to validate expertise.

  • Experience in working with various Hadoop components like HDFS, MapReduce, YARN, and Hive, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge. Training
