Haematology - Consultant

The role involves providing high-quality diagnostic and therapeutic haematology services across inpatient and outpatient settings, in line with international best practices.

The successful candidate will manage a broad spectrum of benign and malignant haematological conditions while working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consultant-level assessment, diagnosis, and management of haematological disorders
• Manage both benign and malignant haematology cases as per scope of practice
• Oversee and interpret haematology laboratory investigations
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment and follow-up plans
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions
• Provide guidance and support to junior medical staff where required
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation
• Participate in clinical audit, quality improvement, and governance activities
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and UAE regulatory standards
