Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on hair care techniques, product knowledge, and salon etiquette to enhance stylist proficiency.
  • Conduct hands-on training sessions, demonstrations, and workshops, ensuring stylists master essential skills like cutting, coloring, styling, and client consultation.
  • Assess training needs, identify skill gaps, and tailor training content to address specific areas for improvement and promote continuous learning.
  • Provide constructive feedback, coaching, and mentoring to stylists, helping them refine their techniques and build confidence in their abilities.
  • Stay updated on the latest hair care trends, products, and technologies, incorporating them into training materials and programs.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrates exceptional communication and presentation skills, effectively conveying information and engaging trainees.

  • Proven ability to teach and mentor others, with a passion for sharing knowledge and fostering skill development.

  • Experience in curriculum development and training program design, creating engaging and effective learning experiences.

  • Strong understanding of hair care products, tools, and techniques, keeping up-to-date with industry advancements.

  • Experience in a salon or training environment, with a strong knowledge of salon operations and client service.

  • Need Arabic speaker with good english communication skills.
