Roles & Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their hair goals, preferences, and lifestyle, ensuring personalized service.
- Perform hair cutting techniques such as layering, texturizing, and precision cuts, adapting styles to enhance client features.
- Color hair using various techniques, including balayage, ombre, and highlights, while ensuring hair health and vibrancy.
- Offer expert advice on hair care products and maintenance routines tailored to individual client needs.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Completion of a state-approved cosmetology program with a focus on hairdressing techniques.
- Valid cosmetology license or certification in the relevant state or country, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a dynamic salon environment, showcasing a diverse skill set.
- Demonstrated proficiency in various hair cutting and coloring techniques, with a portfolio to showcase past work.
