Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage Charter and ACMI agreements.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, profitability analysis, and route/payload assessments.
  • Develop short- and medium-term fleet plans and maximize aircraft utilization.
  • Oversee slot coordination, permits, and regulatory approvals.
  • Coordinate with operational teams to minimize service disruptions and enhance on-time performance.
  • Partner with sales teams to align fleet plans with seasonal demand.
  • Monitor KPIs including utilization, block hours, punctuality, and revenue per route.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Aviation, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years experience in aviation/airlines with expertise in fleet planning, ACMI/Charter, and Hajj & Umrah operations.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with proven commercial awareness.
  • Solid knowledge of regulatory approvals and slot coordination.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead teams and perform under seasonal operational pressure.
