Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage Charter and ACMI agreements.
- Conduct feasibility studies, profitability analysis, and route/payload assessments.
- Develop short- and medium-term fleet plans and maximize aircraft utilization.
- Oversee slot coordination, permits, and regulatory approvals.
- Coordinate with operational teams to minimize service disruptions and enhance on-time performance.
- Partner with sales teams to align fleet plans with seasonal demand.
- Monitor KPIs including utilization, block hours, punctuality, and revenue per route.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Aviation, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years experience in aviation/airlines with expertise in fleet planning, ACMI/Charter, and Hajj & Umrah operations.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with proven commercial awareness.
- Solid knowledge of regulatory approvals and slot coordination.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead teams and perform under seasonal operational pressure.
