Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Handing Over Engineer to join our team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of proven experience in project handover, construction, or site engineering roles.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and project teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to be based onsite and travel to project locations as required.
