Roles & Responsibilities
As part of a collaborative project team, you will oversee the handover and commissioning phases, guaranteeing that all systems within sports facilities operate optimally and meet all regulatory and safety standards.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the handover and commissioning activities for sports facilities, including coordination of all related systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and security.
- Develop and implement detailed commissioning and handover plans, ensuring alignment with project schedules and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives to ensure a seamless transition from construction to operational phases.
- Conduct inspections, functional testing, and performance verification to certify readiness for facility use.
- Prepare comprehensive handover documentation, commissioning records, and operation & maintenance manuals.
- Identify and resolve any deficiencies or non-conformance issues prior to handover.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations during handover and commissioning.
- Provide training and guidance to facility management teams to support efficient operation and maintenance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years experience in commissioning and handover management, preferably within sports facilities or similar infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of sports facility systems and related standards.
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with various stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience preparing detailed commissioning and handover documentation.
- Familiarity with quality assurance, health, and safety regulations.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
