Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare technical drawings for customer-requested modifications.
  • Prepare and submit the final cost quotation by Collaborating closely with the site construction team.
  • Assure that the contracted is the same as the constructed unit, and figure out the differences.
  • Taking all client s comments and follow up finishing them with the contactor and CRM
  • Follow up on the customers "snag list" i.e. comments, requests, and address them through proper
  • communication with CRM and regularly updates the CRM on the status of their snags.
  • Apply visual inspections for the ongoing construction works and coordinating with Engineering department and CRM and generate progress reports and status updates.
  • Prepare units for the client s inspection according to delivery plan.
  • Handover residential units to customers as per agreed possession timelines and Handling for the Customer.
  • Prepare/issue all the reports related to delivery plan and delivery progress.
  • Document and following up on the handover forms receiving and documentation on CRM

Desired Candidate Profile

  • B.Sc. Degree in Architecture/civil Engineering
  • Required 3 - 5 years of experience in Handover and Real-estate.
  • Quality control background is preferred.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Excellent written & spoken Arabic & English

Software proficiency required:

  • AutoCAD
  • MS Office
