Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end handover process in compliance with Ashghal requirements

  • Ensure timely submission and approval of all PDLM deliverables

  • Coordinate with consultants, stakeholders, and authorities

  • Track asset documentation, drawings, clearances, and approvals

  • With a solid background in Ashghal handover procedures and can efficiently drive project close-out.

Desired Candidate Profile

8-10 yrs total experience with minimum 5 years of experience in Ashghal infrastructure/road projects

  • Proven experience coordinating with GEC and PWA

  • Must have previous Ashghal and Consultant approval

  • Strong expertise in PDLM system and related handover deliverables

  • Thorough knowledge of non-PWA assets and stakeholder coordination

  • Experienced in preparing, compiling, and closing all handover documentation

  • Experienced in preparing, compiling, and closing all handover documentation

  • Strong coordination and communication skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Construction Engineering or related field

  • with MMUP/UPDA

  • Local hire with valid Qatar ID & Driving license

  • Can join immediately
