Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Receive the list of ready units for delivery from the internal engineering department.

Communicate with the units owners whose units are ready to move using different communication channels.

Set appointments with the units owners to inspect the unit in coordination with projects division. Communicate with the collection and the accounts receivable section in regards any dues or installments required for delivery.

Follow up on finishing and fixing all the snag lists with the projects division on time, and communicate with the owners upon completion of the amendments and the modifications.

Set appointments with the owners to finalize the procedures of the final units hand over to sign all documents required for the delivery.

Submit the signed documents to the document controller in order to be uploaded on the archiving platform attached to the client file.

Submit a copy of the signed documents to the financial division for registering the transaction in the financial statements

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor s degree.

Years of Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the same field.

Post Graduate Studies: Not Required

Languages: Very Good Command in both spoken and written English Language.

Computer Skills: Very Good command in using Microsoft Office applications.
