Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are currently hiring for a long-term opportunity in Saudi Arabia for the below position:/p>

Position: Handover / ICAPS / Punch Commissioning Clerk
Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia
Contract Type: SMP Long Term (2 Years, Extendable)
Experience Required: 8 10 Years (GCC Oil & Gas / Petrochemical experience mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage handover process from RFC AOC TOMC as per OPERCOM standards

  • Prepare and manage handover plans, schedules, and documentation

  • Collect and coordinate documents from EPCC and Proponent teams

  • Maintain ICAPS database and ensure dossier accuracy and consistency

  • Provide technical and administrative support for ICAPS

  • Monitor punch list progress and ensure proper tracking and filing

  • Facilitate timely subsystem certification and close-out activities

Requirements:
  • Must have GCC experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical projects

  • Strong experience in handover, ICAPS , and punch list management

  • Familiarity with OPERCOM methodology is highly preferred

  • Good documentation and coordination skills
