Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise daily handset sales activities in retail stores and dealer locations.
Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Support implementation of handset promotions and marketing campaigns.
Monitor stock availability and coordinate with inventory teams.
Train and guide sales representatives on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Prepare sales performance reports and provide feedback to management.
Maintain strong relationships with dealers and retail partners.
