Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Handyman, you will be responsible for a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in both residential and commercial properties. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all projects are completed on time and meet our quality standards.
Perform general maintenance and repair work, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.
Install appliances, fixtures, and various home equipment.
Handle minor remodeling projects, including drywall repair, flooring, and cabinetry.
Provide accurate cost estimates and time frames for projects.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
Keep the work area clean and safe, adhering to all safety protocols.
Follow local building codes and regulations when performing tasks.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum [3-5] years of experience in general handyman services or maintenance.
Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other maintenance skills.
Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and with a team.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Must be able to speak and understand English.
