Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances to ensure optimal functionality.
- Perform minor repairs, such as patching drywall, fixing leaky faucets, and replacing broken tiles, with a keen eye for detail.
- Install and assemble furniture, fixtures, and equipment, ensuring a seamless integration into existing spaces.
- Respond promptly to service requests, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and efficient problem-solving.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in a relevant field is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in residential or commercial maintenance and repairs.
- Certifications in plumbing, electrical work, or carpentry are highly desirable.
- Proficient in English; additional language skills can enhance communication with diverse clients.
