Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Oversee the operation and maintenance of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with international standards and best practices.
• FM Systems Management: Implement and optimize CAFM, CMMS, and ERP systems to streamline hard FM processes.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure services meet SFG20 standards and adhere to all relevant regulatory and safety requirements.
• Performance Optimization: Conduct audits, performance reviews, and energy efficiency assessments to enhance system reliability and reduce costs.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their technical needs and deliver tailored hard FM solutions.
• Innovation and Integration: Lead initiatives to integrate cutting-edge technologies into operations, such as IoT and advanced analytics for predictive maintenance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years in Facilities Management, specializing in hard FM services.
• Proven expertise with SFG20, MAXIMO, CMMS, CAFM, and Orcaflex.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
