Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise, train, manage a team of maintenance technicians and external contractors, delegating tasks and managing work schedules. Be available to respond to emergency maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns outside of normal working hours.

Monitor and manage the inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies, and contribute.

Desired Candidate Profile

In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, as well as general building maintenance and carpentry.
