Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and implement network configurations to ensure optimal connectivity and performance, focusing on scalability and security.
- Conduct regular hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maintain system integrity.
- Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices to support data transfer and connectivity requirements.
- Monitor network traffic and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions for efficiency improvements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge.
- Professional certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or MCSE are highly valued to demonstrate expertise.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in hardware configuration and network management is preferred.
- Experience in both hardware troubleshooting and network design to handle complex systems efficiently.
