Desired Candidate Profile

Lifcon is looking for an experienced HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling) Construction Manager to lead our HDD projects across Saudi Arabia. With a growing portfolio of underground utility and infrastructure works, we need a leader who can ensure precision, safety, and timely delivery.

Proven experience in HDD construction management within utilities or infrastructure projects

Strong knowledge of HDD techniques, equipment, and safety standards

Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills

Preference for candidates already present in Saudi Arabia

Transferable Iqama is an advantage.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or civil engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of field experience in the pipelines or petrochemical industry.

• At least 3 years of proven experience working on projects for Aramco, ADNOC, or other GCC petroleum industry leaders.

• Strong knowledge of engineering processes, project execution workflows, and documentation practices.

• Excellent communication skills with high proficiency in English (spoken and written).

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.

• Preferred age: 29 to 35 years old.
