Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities: Greet and serve guests in a professional, friendly manner Take accurate food & beverage orders and ensure timely service Prepare and serve hot & cold beverages (for Barista role) Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area Handle guest inquiries and concerns with care Maintain high standards of hygiene, service, and presentation

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience in F&B or hospitality preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team spirit Basic knowledge of coffee preparation is a plus (for Barista)
