Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee daily bar operations in the hotel s luxury night club / lounge

Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages to the highest standards

Manage inventory, stock control, and ordering of bar supplies

Supervise and mentor bartenders and barbacks to ensure smooth service

Uphold hygiene, safety, and quality standards in line with 5 star hospitality expectations

Collaborate with management to design signature cocktails and enhance guest experience

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven Head Bartender experience in night clubs or lounges (non negotiable)

  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, mixology, and premium beverage service
  • Ability to lead and train bar staff to deliver exceptional service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable, confident, and customer focused
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
