Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee bar operations, ensuring excellence in drink preparation and customer service

  • Develop and maintain an innovative cocktail menu aligned with our brand concept
  • Lead, train, and mentor the bar team, fostering a collaborative environment
  • Manage inventory, including stock control, ordering, and cost management
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food handling regulations
  • Stay current with global mixology trends and implement innovative techniques
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure harmonious food and beverage pairings
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Participate in industry events and competitions to enhance the bar's reputation and stay connected with the mixology community
  • Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of bar equipment and work areas

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years of bartending experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role

  • Exceptional mixology skills with extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in training and mentoring bar staff
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record in creating innovative cocktail menus and managing bar operations
  • Proficiency in inventory management, cost control, and bar equipment maintenance
  • In-depth knowledge of spirits, wines, and current beverage trends
