Roles & Responsibilities

Manage daily bar operations and lead the bar team

Design and update cocktail menus, including signature creations

Maintain excellent service standards and guest engagement

Monitor stock levels, control costs, and manage supplier orders

Train and develop bartenders to ensure consistent quality

Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hotel policies

Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 3 5 years experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant

Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and international cocktail trends

Proven leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication skills in English

Professional grooming and presentation

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
