Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise front office / outlet cashier operations
  • Handle guest billing, POS transactions, and payment settlements
  • Manage cash, card, and digital payments accurately
  • Perform daily cash reconciliation and shift closing
  • Monitor refunds, voids, discounts, and petty cash
  • Coordinate with front office, F&B, and accounts teams
  • Prepare daily sales and cash reports
  • Ensure smooth guest service and resolve billing concerns
  • Maintain compliance with hotel cash handling policies

Desired Candidate Profile

Role & responsibilities

  • Experience as Head Cashier / Senior Cashier in hotel or hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of POS, billing, and cashiering systems
  • Good communication and guest handling skills
  • Leadership ability to manage cashier team
  • Knowledge of F&B and front office billing preferred
