Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in line with menu specifications.
- Manage and oversee a specific section of the kitchen (station) efficiently.
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, costing, and kitchen operations.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
Requirements:
- Gender: Male
- Nationality: Filipino, Indian, Sri Lankan
- Experience: Minimum 3 5 years in a similar role within a high-volume or fine dining environment.
- Cuisine Skills: Proficiency in Mixed Cuisine (Asian, Continental, and Arabic preferred).
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistently high standards.
- Availability: Immediate joiners only.
