Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead pastry, bakery & chocolate kitchen operations.
  • Create menus and ensure quality, presentation & consistency.
  • Supervise & train junior chefs and commis.
  • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
  • Manage stock, ingredients, and cost control.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management.
  • 2 3 years of experience in pastry, bakery & chocolate in 5-star hotels or fine dining.
  • Good communication skills in English.
