Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead pastry, bakery & chocolate kitchen operations.
- Create menus and ensure quality, presentation & consistency.
- Supervise & train junior chefs and commis.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Manage stock, ingredients, and cost control.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management.
- 2 3 years of experience in pastry, bakery & chocolate in 5-star hotels or fine dining.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Male & Female candidates can apply.
