Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- to develop and prepare the menus and dishes for the establishment.
- Supervise the kitchen team and distribute the tasks.
- Check the quality of the preparations before service.
- Manage stocks and participate in raw material orders.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP standards and internal procedures.
- Participate in the creation of new recipes.
- Maximum 5 years of professional experience in fine dining.
- Mastery of culinary techniques and food presentation.
- Strong organizational and team management skills.
- Strict adherence to hygiene and food safety standards.
