Roles & Responsibilities

For a new concept opening soon specialized in Shawarma and Charcoaled Chicken, we are looking for a head chef to join the team as soon as possible to be part of the pre-opening and opening of the brand.

Experience in Shawarma and grilled chicken is a must.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in developing and executing recipes, building recipe cards and costing, building SOPs, cost controlling, kitchen and team management, team training and leadership, food safety management, and ability to lead the brand into multiple branches opening and central kitchen management.

This is a promising role in a brand that is being built to grow and expand quickly. The role shall become bigger in the future whenever the expansion plan starts to be executed.

We want a leader with a high sense of ownership and a big strive to success.
