Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Head Chef to manage kitchen operations in a private villa / internal employee dining environment. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in multi-cuisine cooking, especially Mediterranean, Indian, and Asian cuisines.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality meals for internal staff and guests

• Specialize in Mediterranean, Indian, and Asian dishes (main focus areas)

• Manage full kitchen operations including menu planning, inventory, and hygiene

• Lead and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring smooth daily operations

• Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and presentation

• Control food costs and minimize wastage

• Adapt menus based on availability of ingredients and client preferences

Requirements

• 12–20 years of proven experience as a Head Chef / Executive Chef

• Strong expertise in Mediterranean, Indian, and Asian cuisines (mandatory)

• Excellent leadership and team management skills

• Fluent English communication is mandatory

• Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment

• Must be ready to join immediately or within 15 days

• Must be comfortable working in Somalia location (secured compound environment,Green zone environment )
