Roles & Responsibilities
Role & responsibilities : End to end estimation, tendering for civil and MEP related projects, costing, estimation, tendering, QS, preparation of tender variances, rate analysis, client bill, subcontract, preparation of technical proposal, preparation of commercial proposal, preparation of cost and time estimation, float enquires to suppliers and sub contractors and evaluate their offer.
Preferred candidate profile : BE/BTech Civil engineering with 15 to 20 years Qatar exp, capable of handling, full time tender process in the coordination with the management, civil, MEP projects, cost analysis, cost control, tendering process, QS.
