Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Stay up to date with global trends in floristry and design, consistently proposing innovative design ideas, integrating them into the company’s visual concepts to strengthen creativity, brand distinction, and competitiveness, reinforcing overall market presence.

  • Prepare seasonal and special occasion flower arrangements and bouquet collections that reflect current trends, market demand, and Camelia’s brand image, incorporating artistic and commercially appealing combinations. Include the collection in a catalog for florists and client’s reference

  • Analyze the popularity of current floral designs based on order trends and customer feedback to optimize the assortment and develop relevant collections.

  • Participate in the development of packaging, labels, cards, and branded materials that reflect the visual identity of each collection.

  • Provide support to the marketing team in preparing promotional campaigns and other advertising activities and collaboratively analyze results for further optimization.

  • Work closely with the marketing to create visuals based on curated collections, color palettes, and stylistic references.

  • Manage the Retail florist team performance, schedule, tasks distribution and coordination to ensure maximum work efficiency.

  • Communicate with clients (Events, Corporate, and special clients) to understand their preferences and provide expert recommendations and competitive quotations tailored to their needs.

  • Coordinate with Purchasing, Logistics, and the Florist team to manage project-related on-site setup execution to ensure quality control and client satisfaction.

  • Develop and maintain showroom displays that evoke a sense of high quality and style, supporting brand image and enhancing retail appeal; ensure effective merchandising and stock presentation.

  • Select and order flowers, accessories, and materials to maintain a timely and adequate supply for showroom displays, job orders, events, and contracts.

  • Consult with the Florist Team Leaders / Floral Coordinator on technical and financial feasibility before developing customized floral arrangements.

  • Monitor visual and product content on the website, working to improve assortment, design, and site functionality in coordination with Marketing

  • Conduct scheduled training and educational sessions for florists, focused on improving design quality, visual literacy, and adherence to brand standards.

  • Ensuring compliance with the rules, regulations, and Operational Policies and Procedures of Camelia.

Desired Candidate Profile

Knowledge of varieties of Flowers, as well as the related Handling and Caring Requirements. Knowledge and skills in floral presentation

5 years + experience in Flower shop Management and Floral Designs.
