Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced HEAD HOSTESS to join the team at a prestigious 5-star hotel in Doha. This exciting position will be based at the hotel s exclusive night club and lounge, offering a vibrant atmosphere and world-class service.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and seat guests with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage reservations and guest lists to ensure smooth operations
  • Supervise and coordinate host/hostess staff to deliver exceptional service
  • Maintain the highest standards of hospitality in line with luxury brand expectations
  • Collaborate with management to enhance guest experience and drive repeat business

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience as Head Hostess in a night club or lounge environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a team and handle high-pressure situations gracefully
  • Presentable, confident, and customer-focused
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
